In another massive boost, striker O'Grady signed on a permanent basis on Thursday for an undisclosed fee from near-neighbours Oldham.
O'Grady has impressed since joining Keith Hill's League Two leaders on loan in August and has now penned a two-and-a-half-year deal.
Hill has been further boosted after defender Scott Wiseman returned to training after a groin injury.
Goalkeeper Kenny Arthur is also edging closer to full fitness after a back injury and highly-rated winger Will Buckley is also making steady progress from a foot complaint.
